Account & data deletion
You can delete your KeepUp account and all associated data either from inside the app, or from this page if you no longer have the app installed. Both paths result in the same thing: immediate, permanent deletion — not a deactivation, and not a grace period.
Fastest
If you own a club, you'll be asked to delete it or hand off ownership first — everyone else in that club keeps their own data either way.
No install needed
Email us from the address on your KeepUp account (or tell us the email/display name your account uses if you no longer have access to that inbox) and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm once it's done — normally within a few days.

| Workout history synced from Health Connect | Deleted immediately. KeepUp never wrote anything back to Health Connect, so nothing to reverse there. |
| Points, streaks, level, Estimated Effort history | Deleted immediately. |
| Club membership, nudges sent/received | Deleted immediately. Clubmates keep their own data — a club roster simply no longer shows you. |
| Push notification token | Revoked immediately; KeepUp can no longer reach that device. |
